Anglo Nubians originated when British Does were crossed with Bucks from African and Indian Origin.  Anglo Nubians are large-sized goat breed recognized as an all-purpose goat(meat, hide and milk). The milk is ideal for yogurt and cheese making as the butterfat is around four and five percent.

  • The bodyweight of an adult Anglo Nubian Bucks is 80 kg and Anglo Nubian Does is  61 kg.
  • A mature Anglo Nubian doe should stand at least 30 inches at the withers, while the Anglo Nubian Buck should stand at least 35 inches at the withers.

2. Milk yield
