  1. Is it common for Orpington to slow down on laying at only 3 years old ? Mine have just finished molting but no eggs for 3 months now??

    • |My answer, Can be put this way “During molt, chickens typically stop laying eggs and use this time to build up their nutrient reserves.” Please wait for the chicken to stabilise its nutrient reserve, it should lay eggs later.
